But when other shifts are working, the pizzas come out totally different: missing ingredients, uneven, and honestly barely edible. This isn’t just a one-time thing — it’s been a clear pattern for over a year now. It’s so disappointing to go from one week having amazing pizza to the next week being let down. The gap in quality is too big to ignore. Domino’s should figure out what that first group of employees is doing so consistently well, and make sure every shift holds that same standard. Because when it’s good, it’s really good — but when it’s not, it’s really not.”
