There was an issue with our ice cream cake and she made sure to make it right for us and was so kind and understanding throughout the process. It’s rare these days to find staff willing to go above and beyond for customers so thank you Samantha and everyone else involved for getting us the cake we love!

They were all nice, but the royal New York cheesecake blizzard I got wasn't good. I asked for extra cheesecake and got 2 tiny pieces and it couldn't even flip it was liquid just not great honestly. Sprinkles were the only reason I was able to finish it.
