  I stopped in for lunch today and was blown away. The ingredients were so fresh and full of flavor. I built my own bowl and couldn’t believe how generous the portions were. The staff was friendly and patient while I figured out what I wanted. Definitely my new go-to spot in Fort Collins!

  Food and portion sizes were great but the attitude and behavior of one of the employees was just awful. I ordered a pita with falafel and when the employee was putting the falafels onto the pita, she accidentally dropped one in the container of steak. Instead of throwing the dropped falafel away, she proceeded to scoop it onto the pita and in the process of doing this she dropped several pieces of beef onto the pita as well. At this point, instead of removing the pieces of steak (which she clearly saw), or making a new one, she just slid it down the line to the next employee without another word. This employee was awesome and very helpful. Once this employee saw the random pieces of beef, she kindly asked if I wanted them and I said no thank you, just the falafel. She offered to make a new pita but I was fine with her simply removing the pieces of beef. Like I said before, the food was delicious and fresh but I don't plan to return to Cava again because of the rudeness and overt carelessness of the first employee.

  Usually love ordering cava, tonight I went in to wait for my pick up order and heard the staff talking poorly about my order and the notes i left for requests (asking for extra falafel and to make them full sized bowls) They where saying that they should just make my order disgusting and all where laughing, I tried to talk to them but they just stood with their back to me messing with my food. Unfortunately I don’t feel my food was up to standard, and when I told an employee I meant no harm with the notes she said they thought it was funny, as if I didn’t just hear them. Idk if I’ll be back for awhile knowing the staff is that easy to irritate and that they’re comfortable making the food gross in exchange for their poor moods.

  I'm a cava addict so I was super disappointed this evening with my food being extremely cold upon pickup. Order was placed at 6:15pm, pickup quoted at 7:00pm. Figured it was busy. We waited to pickup until our quoted time because I received no updates to arrive early. We arrived and the food was sitting on the shelf ready to go; not busy. Unfortunately, my food had clearly been sitting for a while once I got home. Very cold rice and chicken w/cold pita chips. Unsure if this was a computer error, but I was bummed to not get any updates so that I couldve picked up right away.

  I ordered a bowel on door dash from Cava and got serious food poisoning last week. I was in bad shape for two days and even missed some work. I puked so much I had sharp abdominal pains and diarrhea so bad I became dehydrated and was considering going to the hospital. Everything else I ate that day was shared by my fiancée except for Cava and she was perfectly fine. I will never order from here again and other people should stay clear.
