  I called in my order at 11:30 to be picked up at noon. I arrived at noon. Order was not ready! I waited 20 minutes for 1 sandwich!!! They werent busy at all!! So irritated. And then I finally got my sandwich and it wasn't toasted like I requested!!!

  Really great food and fast when I did an order for pickup but even my receipt says sub for Swiss cheese and I still got american on my bagel. Only complaint I have is go over your orders and double check before proceeding to fill the bag. Especially when its right there on the paper to sub it.

  The manager was extremely rude. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. After placing our order we waited about 30 and our food still wasn't ready. We asked for a refund because we needed to leave and the manager came out from the back and seemed very upset that we were asking for a refund. She then said there were only three of them back there. I understand they might be short staffed but we were the only ones in the store for the first 15 minutes of the visit. The two employees weren't even working on our order. The employee that took our order was just mopping the floor while the other one was making drinks. It's possible that they made our food but they were just putting unmarked bags on the counter and didn't say who they were for. I asked the employee if that was our food and she didn't say anything and just kept mopping. The customers that came in after us were just as confused as we were. This was a very disappointing experience that could have been fixed with a little communication.

  We had a nasty experience this morning. We were the first customers at the store at 7:08 AM, yet we waited over 30 minutes for our order. Ten minutes into our wait, an employee placed an order on the counter that wasn't ours; when we asked about it, she ignored us and never called our name. On top on everything They dropped coffee and splashed everywhere and on us too, for a sec we thought it came from the ceiling, they didn't even bother to apologize, They just kept going. ​More people kept arriving, including a group of four who were served well before us, we were left waiting. When we finally asked for a refund, the manager was incredibly rude. She slammed the register and made excuses about being short-staffed with only three employees. However, while we were waiting, the staff was just chatting with employees from Qdoba while another person mopped the floors.
