  Forgot a chicken sandwich and straws on an order for two. Make sure to check before you leave the drive through window. :(

  Awkward parking lot to weave through, but there's a long managed line for the drive thru, with staff outside taking orders and payment, so when you finally get to the window you just get your food and go. Helps to already know the menu and what you want before you pull into line, because you don't see a big board before they talk to you in the car.

  A+ service and food from this location. I got a large large quantity of food and then didn’t call me fat or any other insults. The milkshake was delicious as always and I got a ton of chic fil a sauce too

  I have a lot of issues getting the correct order from this location, and it is generally when I go through drive thru. Missing sandwiches, salads, entire kids meals. Today I was asked to pull over and wait. They brought out the order to the car beside me and a few moments later someone else brought my order, which didn't have the salad I ordered. I pointed it out to the worker who said she'd be right back with it. Then the neighboring vehicle asked if I was missing a salad. Turns out they had my salad. Then they wondered if i had their missing nuggets and fries. I didn't have theirs. To compound issues, the club was just a piece of grilled chicken w/o toppings that the order taker repeated correctly and the salad had the wrong toppings. It is frustrating that these things happen more often than not.

  I had a very disappointing experience with the manager, Jack, at Chick-fil-A in Fort Collins. His customer service was poor—he came across as argumentative rather than helpful. I placed a catering order, something I’ve done regularly for office meetings over the past 3 years. In all that time, I’ve never received an order without basic items like plates, napkins, and tongs for serving the chicken minis. When I arrived to pick up my two orders, none of those items were included. I politely asked if I could get them, and instead of being accommodating, Jack responded that he didn’t see them requested. I explained that I was unaware they needed to be specifically requested, given my consistent past experience. His response was dismissive, saying that no one should provide those items unless requested. A simple, courteous explanation for future orders would have been appreciated, but instead the interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational. To make matters worse, my order was also 15 minutes late. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and unfortunately, I would rate it 0 stars.
