Cava is typically great, but it’s really the people that make it worth it - especially Jillian! Jillian went above and beyond to make my experience incredible today. After a hard day, they were beyond kind, took extra precautions for my allergy, and made sure that I had everything I needed.
Thank you, Jillian!

I come to this Cava at least once a week and all the employees are so nice and kind. They always remember details about me and ask me how I’m doing when I come in, which is a really great touch. I always feel extremely welcome at this location and the staff is always so patient with me while I order. Best Cava ever!!

CAVA in Fort Collins is actually awesome. It’s like Chipotle but Mediterranean and everything tastes way fresher and cleaner.
The line moves quick, the workers are awesome, portions are solid, and the flavors hit different. Already been back twice this week.
If you’re in Fort Collins and need something fast that actually tastes amazing, hit up the one on South College Ave. Easily one of the best lunch spots around here now.

I had a really disappointing experience at this location tonight. I’ve been here multiple times and usually know exactly what I order, but the service I received this time was noticeably poor.
One employee in particular was rude and dismissive from the start. I was first told they were out of saffron rice, so I stepped aside to decide on something else. When I came back, I was then told they did have saffron rice after bowls had already been made incorrectly and had to be thrown away. The communication was confusing and unprofessional.
When ordering a kids meal, I asked for lentils and was told it only comes with two sides. I said that was fine and that I would pay for the extra, but the attitude throughout the interaction remained cold and unwelcoming.
At the end, I had to remind her about pita chips I had ordered. She checked the receipt, quickly bagged them, and handed them to me in a way that felt rushed and disrespectful. While I was getting my drink, I could overhear her speaking to another employee, and it sounded like they were making comments that felt directed at me.
I always try to be polite and respectful. I said please and thank you throughout the interaction so this experience was especially frustrating and uncomfortable. I’m not sure what caused the behavior, but no customer should feel singled out or treated this way.
I hope management addresses this, because the food is usually great, but the service tonight really missed the mark.

I absolutely love coming to this CAVA location, and Mikah is the reason why. From the moment you walk in, she’s like a ray of sunshine—always smiling, incredibly friendly, and genuinely welcoming to everyone. She brings such a joyful energy that makes grabbing dinner feel like a highlight of the day. It’s clear she truly loves what she does, and she goes above and beyond to create a great customer experience.
Beyond the amazing service, this location is consistently clean, efficient, and a great value. I also love the wide variety of fresh, healthy options—there’s always something new to try, even if you come multiple times a week.
Highly recommend, especially if you get to experience Mikah’s exceptional service!
