Sebastian you rock man! Make sure to keep more people like him around!

- EUEsteban UrbinaNov 1, 20251.0I kept having unpleasant experiences at this specific location over my last 5 visits, but today, it was disappointing and disrespectful. I can’t believe I ordered online, left my house once it said my order was ready, and I still had to wait over 50 minutes for my sandwich to have little steak and be smaller than the average sandwich size of any other location. Please, avoid this location, and go to the one in the LSC. That is what I will do from now on.

The only employee on the line hadn’t even started my order. There was another employee in the back who was oblivious to the amount of traffic and I and other online orders ended up waiting 15 min for food I ordered 30 min prior to my arrival. What’s the point in providing online ordering if the employees can’t get around to making the food until you walk in? Food was so-so, restaurant was kinda gross. Subway has really gone downhill and I’m regretting even eating the food.
