- I0iBLAi 07Aug 24, 20251.0Today, August 24th, at 1:00pm, we went to order sandwiches for my children. The white female employee was taking orders very quickly, and since it was a slow day, we were the only customers in line, with one person ahead of us checking out. I felt rushed by her demeanor, which came across as unprofessional. After she finished taking orders, she passed the food to the cashier. Another lady, who looked Hispanic and was wearing eyeglasses, responded rudely when I asked how to distinguish the different sandwiches. She curtly said, "They come in order; whatever you order is what it is." While I was speaking to her, the same white employee interrupted me in a very rude manner, reiterating what the other lady had said. Having worked for AAFES, I can confidently say that their customer service was lacking. They need training from supervisors on how to interact with customers properly. As a former supervisor at AAFES, I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and professionalism.
