On the day of the party, I went to pick it up—only to be told there was no order. No call. No email. No explanation. This was supposed to be a special treat for his birthday, and instead, I was left scrambling at the last minute. For a company of this size, this kind of failure is completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from Baskin-Robbins again.

Stay open later so those of us with jobs and kids can actually get ice cream on a hot Friday summer evening. Ain't nobody tryna get ice cream at 10 am on a Tuesday. I have no issue with the employees, the food, or the service. I just want to be able to get ice cream after work. Is this business running on subsidies?

They have been setup for failure. The issues from previous post are still going on. Read them and see for yourself. The hours posted and being distributed are not accurate adding to the chaos. Delivery Driver are not the enemy. Educate staff about the cooperation need.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
