Not really a big deal, but I've never waited LESS than 15 minutes. I just order a coffee and a wrap. What takes so long? In their defense, this location is usually busy, but I mean... come on! They have to figure out a more efficient way of getting these orders ready. When I go to other locations, they could be just as busy but still manage to clear their lines in half the time. On a positive note, I've never had my order messed up, or it tasting bad. So, that's probably why I'm still waiting to go to this location.
