- B1BlackO 1971Dec 2, 20251.0After dealing with the death of my mother today, I made an online order for delivery of some pizza and bread bites, after not being updated for over an hour on where my pizza is, I called this store, after listening to the stupid music for over 5 minutes, someone picked up the phone, banged it on something and hung up on me, second call they just cancelled the call the third time I called it took another 4 minutes for them to answer, I for told that they were 36 orders behind. Fine I can understand getting busy, the man I talked to said it would be about 40 more minutes to get my order. Then 5 minutes later I look in the track my order tearure and my order was cancelled by whoever deals with handling online orders. Thank you for making the worst day of my life even worse. Unprofessional behavior by whoever it was in charge of this store. I will be getting ahold of corporate and putting in a complaint about how the employees at this store treat their customers like they are nothing. I have been a loyal customer at this location for many years and this kind of customer service makes me sick to my stomach. Shame on the person that did this to a grieving family, made us feel like we were worthless. Do not recommend ordering from this store until the unprofessional person who did this is no longer there.
