  We ordered 2 pizzas, tomato ,spinach was Great. Other supposed to have beef n sausage..I took a whole piece apart! No beef! Hubby said no beef. I called to bring it to their Attention..& was so rudely spoke to. He argued & argued with me! I wouldn't lie, I'm old ! Saddens me to be spoken to in such a manner.. $41 pricey...but ok if there done rt. The young man, insisted! There was beef. Times are rough... this pizzas is a treat. Unfortunately not this time ;(

  They like to do a magical little thing called closing 20 minutes early! I ordered online at 12:40, having worked at a papa johns I know it beeps, puts an order on the screen, you make it, and you put it in the oven. The total amount of time required to do that is 7 minutes. This lazy worker who ran around cleaning while I sat in the freezing wind without addressing me did not only fail to fulfill my order but also texted corporate to refund my purchase as he did not expect me to show up. I'm tired, I'm hungry, I don't have a lot of money and I can't afford sending my money to the wind. I understand he feels the same way, but he has a job to do just as I do mine.

  I understand people having a bad day. But my wife and I had a long day and pizza was an easy option for dinner. The gentleman at the counter didn't even speak to me. when I asked for a menu to look at he pointed to a QR code I decided to just fill out my other online instead of talking to the employee that wouldn't speak to a customer... waited....went to the store next door.... scrolled on my phone.... order is ready for pick up and when I get home the pizza doesn't have the toppings requested. Now do I go back or accept that "life" or pizza is not what you order and pay for and work for. I ask that when an order comes in that the people working at least say hello or be approachable and when an order I'd placed the correct items are included in the order... I did not go back and return the pizza to wait even longer as we are both very tired from life and work... please do better for the customer

  Pizza was good, they taped a survey thing on top of the box for 10 dollars in credit,I went to the site and did it while I ate, spent 15-20 minutes answering like 20 or so questions, then at the end it said sorry you dont qualify as too many people had similar answers. Yea thats some deceitful shit, and a wierd way to lose a customer.
