Everytime I go craving a delicious bowl of their steak with rice & goods , this location always delivers. My recent visit I was welcomed with a warm welcome, friendly smile & quick service by a staff member, his name was Luis. He made our visit very pleasant & was very attentive of getting me what I was asking for ! We joked around talking about new years rushes in the industry as he prepared my food & was very kind throughout the process. If youre looking for warm, filling & fresh build your own bowls with delicious protien options around the area! This is my go to location! I enjoy this location for its friendly staff, quick service & overall great team effort. Keep it up guys! I will see you again very soon !

This review is a hard one for me because they have nice people that work here…except one. I was there last week and one of the servers was scraping the bottom of rice container and tried to serve me dry rice that had been sitting for who knows how long. Then she tried to spread it out for 2 bowls and make it look like that was sufficient enough. I politely asked her for fresh rice. She then turned her back to me and started talking about me to another employee. The cost of the rice is not coming out of her pocket so I don’t understand why this was an issue for her. For $15 a bowl I expect fresh ingredients not scraping the bottom of the barrel. I did complain to the manager and she said she would handle it. Very unprofessional behavior and the nerve to think it’s ok to serve scraps to a customer is unacceptable. We have been doing more business at Chipotle and everything is so fresh. When their rice container gets to about 1/4 of the way empty they switch it out with fresh rice. The rice is never hard and the meat is always fresh as well. Very friendly staff.
