  I understand people having a bad day. But my wife and I had a long day and pizza was an easy option for dinner. The gentleman at the counter didn't even speak to me. when I asked for a menu to look at he pointed to a QR code I decided to just fill out my other online instead of talking to the employee that wouldn't speak to a customer... waited....went to the store next door.... scrolled on my phone.... order is ready for pick up and when I get home the pizza doesn't have the toppings requested. Now do I go back or accept that "life" or pizza is not what you order and pay for and work for. I ask that when an order comes in that the people working at least say hello or be approachable and when an order I'd placed the correct items are included in the order... I did not go back and return the pizza to wait even longer as we are both very tired from life and work... please do better for the customer

  Pizza was good, they taped a survey thing on top of the box for 10 dollars in credit,I went to the site and did it while I ate, spent 15-20 minutes answering like 20 or so questions, then at the end it said sorry you dont qualify as too many people had similar answers. Yea thats some deceitful shit, and a wierd way to lose a customer.

  We live in a rural area and to go to this Papa John's is like 20 or 30 miles away from our house we looked up a shakaroni pizza online it says it's 1299 to 1399 when you get to the store and pay for your pizza it they tell you the price is $30 just because I didn't order the pizza online now it is twice as much as what the internet told me it would be and then you asked the people at the store and they're like they don't care that's just what it is you had to order online I'm an older person I don't use the internet very much but when you look something up and it says it's 1399 and you drive 30 miles you expected to be 1399 and don't feel like somebody stole your wallet after you ordered and then other stuff happened also but the people there just have a bad attitude and no respect for the customers if I owned a small pizza place I'd be like oh I'm so sorry about that I don't know why it does this to you I'll be proud to give you a pizza for the discounted price so I would continue to have that customer come back to me time and time again and after this experience I will not return to this store it was terrible and the people just don't care and don't treat you very well all they care about is they work there they get their $2 an hour or whatever and send you on your way whatever happened to customer service ?

  Ordered 2 separate orders of boneless BBQ chicken wings and got sadness instead. Not only is the chicken dry its mostly bare of any sauce and there wasn't even any at the bottom that I could use to coat the sad chicken highly disappointed.
