The designs are always spot-on, the cakes taste amazing, and he never misses a detail. On top of that, he’s consistently polite, patient, and genuinely kind every time we stop in. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. Thank you, Eric, for making our celebrations extra special year after year!

You will watch one of your employees eat off of my blizzard and then lie to me that it didn't happen. I had them make me a new one at that point the same employee decided to gesture as if she would throw it out the window at me. They seem to think people can't see through the reflective glass at night. They lost a 6 year customer tonight.
