  I’ve been going to this location everyday almost since they’ve opened. Never had an issue until today when the lady took my order then rudely said pay at the front and walked away without saying anymore. When i got to the front I mentioned it to the girl that gave me my coffee and instead of apologizing or asking if I wanted to speak to a manager she just rattled off a few excuses why the individual was so rude to me. Makes it hard to want to continue spending the money daily when I get horrible customer service and then no one care when I bring it up. Hopefully the owner and or manager sees this and can talk to the team about customer service. I understand they get busy and the weather isn’t always the best outside but a hello how are you this morning and a have a wonderful day goes a long way.

  Rissa was great, best service I’ve had in a long time especially in this day and age and economy. She truly knows how to incorporate the core values of integrity, service before self, as well as excellence in all she does. Not only did she communicate effectively when issues were brought up, but she also worked quickly in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Rissa is very clearly capable of performing at a higher standard than she is expected to and should be treated and awarded as such. I feel confident knowing that I was in good hands when served by Rissa. She truly knows how to bring passion and a bubbly personality to her workplace and goes above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of not just her customers but coworkers as well.

  This is my favorite coffee stop! The coffee is consistently outstanding—rich flavor and perfect temperature every time. Service is incredibly fast, and the staff is super friendly. The person who took my order, who I believe was named Lizzie, was particularly efficient and had a great attitude. Highly recommend for a great beverage on the go!

  Now I love a good fun drink as much as the next person, but you know what makes or breaks the experience of a fun drink? Fun people. There is nothing worse than pulling up for a fun drink and having the saddest, most boring person take your order. That has NEVER been the case when I've come and seen Lizzie. She is so sweet, and genuinely cares about the people she's serving, not just getting them in and out. Thanks a million for making each experience amazing, Lizzie!!!

  What can I say easily the best cappuccino in the tri-town area. I do wish they would’ve had an eggnog latte option for me, but that’s OK because you know what made up for it…. The young lady who took my order and the girl who made my coffee, Lizzie B! She is an artisan of the espresso bean! A Michelangelo of the moka pot! If coffee drinks were like the Sistine chapel then I’m living in it right now as I drink this heavenly drink! And you know why I’m drinking this drink, That’s right you guessed it …. L-I-Z-Z-I-E! Forever changed, eternally grateful! JB
