    Definitely not a sit down place. I drove forty five minutes over here, only to find out that it's just a drive and go.

    Went there because I had a gift card. When trying to purchase the drinks with the gift card they were unable to accept it since they had recently changed systems and were no longer accepting those gift cards. They had no gift cards to replace the previous one and then threw my un used gift card in the trash even though there was still money on it that I was unable to use it. I had to ask for it back and then was unable to get any drinks or anything else figured out since they said they could not replace the previous gift card with one that worked with their system since they were out of gift cards. They told me to come back next time to explain the situation but it was still disappointing since the gift card I have cash on that was gifted to me can no longer be used due to no fault of my own.

    I am a teacher and I received gift cards as Christmas gifts. Something was wrong with one of the gift cards and the guy helping me was so kind. He went above and beyond to make things right. I really wish I had got his name so he could get recognition! And the drinks were delicious too!

    This is our second time to this location. We like the flexibility to specify the sweetness of your drink. I think they tend to be a bit too sweet. I wish there was an app to order ahead because I would prefer to swing through and grab a coffee much more quickly, this process takes a bit too long. I have tried to go here several times and had to leave the line because it was taking too long. I could also do with a little less of the chit chatting at the car but I understand their attempt to be friendly. Overall the coffee is good but it’s definitely not the quickest spot to stop at.

    I’ve ordered from here so many times and usually receive a full cup when I ask for no ice. today I was given less than half a cup, and the staff even asked if I wanted to pay extra to get a full cup.If there is an extra charge for no ice or for a full cup, why hasn’t this been consistent from the beginning?I paid over $6 for this. The inconsistency and lack of transparency were unacceptable.I won’t be back！
