When an error occurred on my order I addressed the situation to then have the employee roll her eyes with no acknowledgment and walk away to then hear her talk poorly about me around the corner.

This location seems to be a bit slower than most when using the drive-through. Not sure what the problem is but it does seem to take a little bit longer to get the food out at this location.

I went inside, and stood by the register, watching about 5 employees come up to the register to clock in, but none of them acknowledged me or took my order, so I left. Mobile thru always takes longer, even if there are less cars in front of you. For how expensive chick-fil-a is, they are not very hospitable. Also, the chicken seems extra small here. Would recommend choosing a different option.
- JJJacquelineMar 25, 20261.0This might be the worst location of any Chick-fil-A that I've ever been to. The only thing positive about the food that I can say is that the drinks are good. They have excessive use of the chicken rollers. If you don't know what that is, many Chick-fil-A locations use rollers to make their chicken thinner. This location makes their chicken as thin as humanly possible and they cut the pieces super small. The chicken sandwiches much be made in bulk way ahead of time because they're always cold and soggy. The salad portion is half of what other locations serve. And 90% of the time they leave something out of my order. I've been to this location 6x, but I've finally given up. It's genuinely horrible.
