  Sophia was the GOAT. She made me a phenomenal drink and was really funny. The light hearted, speed, and service makes me want to come back to this location. If you still drinking at Dutch bros what you doing. Highly recommend, give them a try.

  I have been a frequent customer of 7 Brew for over a year and a half, going about 4 or 5 times a week. I used to enjoy going there because they were fast even when there were many customers, and the orders were always made correctly. For the past month, I’ve been going to the Firestone location, and last Friday I ordered a strawberry chai but received something completely different, and I had to wait more than 6 minutes even though there were no other customers. Today, I went again, and once again I had to wait more than 5 minutes with no customers there. They only gave me ice, the flavor was very bad, and my cup was all messy. My daughter also ordered, and we were given something completely different and even a different size than what I ordered. Honestly, this location is doing a very poor job. After being my favorite location, I will not be going back to waste my time or money.

  I had such amazing customer experience. The manager, Sophia, came out and took my order herself; she was very kind, professional, and especially charming. You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and customer experience. Great team they have, will be back.

  I would like to share this. It was my first time here! I ordered a Raspberry Truffle Macchiato Ice but when I received it, it was full of just ice and barley had anything inside. The drink is very good No complaint but paying 7 or 8 bucks just for a cup full of ice is crazy.
