This is a review about an employee named Nathali. First, I pulled into the drive-thru this morning and got a "HOW CAN I HELP YOU." I said "one moment please." I guess a moment went by and she said "UMM HOW CAN I HELP YOU." I said it louder, "One moment please!" I found what I was looking for right after and ordered my food. I wanted a burrito and a drink. It came out to $8.58. I pulled up and waited for them to take another order. I was still on the app and seen that for less than a dollar more I could get tots, so when she opened the window — "IT'S $9.33!" I said, "Can I please change that into a meal?" She replied, "I ALREADY SWIPED IT, I ALREADY SWIPED IT." Being someone who wouldn't know what that means, I was just like, you can't change it? It's almost the same price. "No I can't, and it's not the same price, it's a lot more!" Okay. I handed her my card when I should've left then. She took my card, handed me my straw, and left me there for a few more minutes. She swung the window open and handed me my drink, food, and card. Didn't say a word and slammed the window shut. I looked at her through the window with a concerned face. She opened it back and said "EXCUSE ME?" I just said thank you and she slammed the window shut in my face. My Cranberry Limeade taste like sprite with a drop of red40, and my burrito tortilla was wet. I can hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have the same experience.
