I didn't go to the counter but a elderly man was standing the counter to order and at least 3 different employees walked past the register and just totally ignored him till he actually started yelling for someone to take his order, then about 15 mins later a elderly woman came in and was standing there getting ignored till I walked up and said she needed some help! By this time my grandson was ready to leave so I didn't get a chance to see how many more elderly customers got ignored. Not cool at all!

If I could give negitive I would. Manager wouldn’t give name. I ordered food and got the incorrect order. Manager stated they do not issue refunds anymore. This was at 2:30 am. This is Unacceptable!!!!!! Your job is simple. Quit making it hard.

Delivery driver stole our food we spent $50 he never delivered our food. My friends were chasing on a dangerous neighbor in the thornton for over 30 minutes never received our food, he stole our food and we never had anything delivered or accounted. They were in constant contact with him he was through Uber eats. We couldn't even even get our food or money literally stole and out my friends danger. Talking to him and he deliberately made them run across streets, never got our food, never got a refund. Literal theft. Don't order from them or Uber to eats.
