I waited and someone finally came up but just stood at the register staring at me. I placed my order and the employee looked irritated I was even there and didn't respond in any way, other than to give me my total. I guess the "would you like a cup holder or lids" when I was leaving was enough.

The cashier was really rude and gave me attitude the whole time whilst I was trying to order (The cashier name was Sum on the receipt). She made my order wrong twice. Terrible experience and I won’t be coming back here. Take my advice and drive the extra 8 minutes to the Dairy Queen Grill & Chill on Grant St.

Receipt Said Cashier was Sum was extremely rude and had horrible customer service. This person rang our order wrong, we asked for a small cone, large cone, blizzard and a Misty Float. This employee forgot our small cone and I said this and they got mad and threw money at me and I explained that they just forgot an item. It was a very weird experience. This person didn’t apologize or spoke many words. I was very disappointed with my visit. Teach your employees better costumer service.

I tried to be polite and talk and got ignored. Nothing but attitude. Terrible customer service. Which is sad this is my favorite place to get a drink me and my family.
