  Love coming here for an after school snack for the kiddo but it will be our last visit to this location. The fact that they don't carry 18$ in change is absolutely ridiculous. If I can't pay my tab with cash and am forced to use a credit card because they can't take a 50.00 bill for a 32.00 tab then I'll go elsewhere. Sick of this cashless society being FORCED on us. As a business "franchise" owner DO BETTER!!

  Terrible experience today! I’ve been to this location many times but I’ve never been treated so poorly before. I came in tonight around 8:45 PM There were two individuals working a young boy and a young girl. After they took my order, they proceeded to take other people’s orders and fulfill other people’s orders while I stood there, just looking around waiting for my drink, but they didn’t seem like they were going to make it at all. After the third round of people came in and they were getting ready to take their order I finally spoke up. I had been standing there waiting for a while, while watching people order after me and get their ice cream. I ask the young man if I’d be getting my drink because I watched them take several people‘s orders and give them their orders while I sat there waiting. He was extremely condescending. He started laughing at me and told me that my drink would only take a second to make so I said OK then make it why continue to take other people’s orders and fulfill their orders when I ordered before them. Reluctantly, he agreed to make my order all the while, laughing at me. I asked the young girl what his name was and she told me it was Evan and then quickly changed her mind and said no it was Jason. I understand they’re young, but if they’re going to work for a business, they need to act more professionally. I honestly tossed my drink. I didn’t feel comfortable drinking it after that I wasn’t sure what somebody who was laughing at me would do to my drink! I would come back here again, but if I ever walked in and saw that boy, I would turn around and walk right back out! I won’t be disrespected like that and I won’t trust a drink he makes!

  It was amazing 🤩. Me and my sister went there for national siblings Day. She go a chocolate charry dipped cone. I got a vanilla cherry dipped as well as a lemonade something, almost like a shake of some type. The ice cream was tremendous. The lemonade was rich. It was slow when we arrived on Friday around 6:30pm. Thank you for and excellent experience👌.

  Came in at 8:45 and ordered, the two workers were already cleaning I felt bad but no matter what I ordered they got it right, they were both very generous to still serve me at the end of their shifts. Both workers were very kind and made my night.
