  They ran out of white rice. I asked how long. The employee said he didn’t know. He looked at the cook behind him and she doesn’t know either. Amazing. It’s dinner time and they are not organized nor prepared. 10 out of 10 stars.

  The food is great as usual but the service of the staff was not good at all the gentleman making my bowl wasn't very pleasant I greet him and he says what are you having this day and times people act as if they say hello back it's taboo and the young lady at the register was in such a hurry to get me out that she snatched my bag off the counter and gave it to me and said have a good day but the gentleman was still getting my condiments together so I pointed it out and she said oh why do people have to be so rude when dealing with customer service jobs just disappointed ☹️ again not taking away from the food just the service

  I feel like this is consistently one of the not so good locations of Chipotle. It’s very hit or miss. Sometimes the food isn’t cooked all the way (rice, beans). Sometimes people give inconsistent portion sizes depending on who’s working. The girl working today gave me the tiniest scoop of rice and chicken, approximately 1/4 cup rice and maybe 6 pieces of chicken, and gave my husband literally double of what I got. Felt pretty intentional for no reason. I was polite, smiled and said hi. Management needs to pay a bit more attention to the employee’s performance.
