Ive been to this store numerous times and it always seems to be some reason why they cant get a Togo order out in a remotely timely fashion. And the customer service is even worse. The managers just tell me that theres nothing they can do to speed it up. Well yes you can do something, you can light a fire under your teams rear end and get them to work faster. But no. Instead of working faster and helping the delivery driver out. The person that is an extension of the customer...no, they would rather lose business and have the order canceled rather than make customer service a priority. My advice...go to a different chic fil a or go to a different resteraunt all together.
