Don't know why the app went to another subway 15min away but glad he was there to help. Thanks for the best sub and help ever. Ill be back for sure

She told me that if I added more than three slivers of onions to half a sub, I would be charged double for vegetables. I have never been charged double for basic extra vegetables at Subway before, so this felt unreasonable and came across as hostile. On top of that, her communication was unprofessional—she was raising her voice at customers, and when people responded back, her behavior escalated instead of calming the situation. This left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Subway is usually a reliable and consistent place for me, but this employee’s behavior does not reflect the customer service I expect. I hope management will address this so future customers don’t have the same negative experience.
