    Asked for sauce in my order and asked my Dasher to get sauce and they wouldnt let him have any. A girl on her period and emotional. You made my day just that much worse.

    When I walked into Arby's there was an elderly woman ordering and she was having some difficulty. The lady waiting on her was patient and kind, even though she had a buzzer going off and someone waiting in the drive through. An off duty employee, that was there to order herself a meal, stepped in immediately to take the drive through order. Another team member came forward and carried the woman's order to her car, smiling and walking slowly with her the entire time. The kindness and professionalism shown by all 3 of the Arby's staff in that 5 minutes made a lasting impression. Additionally, the place is always clean and the food always good.
