  That's it had it stop marking the order as ready for pickup way before it's ready for pickup. Do this every single order every single day you mark the orders ready for pickup when you start making the order not when it's done which is completely ridiculous, stop doing that that's not how the system is designed you guys do this every single day every single time it's not a mistake additionally stop waiting until the delivery driver gets there to pick up the order to start on the order and this is deliberate it's happening all the time especially when certain people are working the order is not ready and then the driver is sitting there for way too long you are way past the pick up time. Additionally there is no excuse because the store is empty usually at a certain time of night and yet the order is not ready how is it already you literally have no customers that are sitting in there no you just haven't started on it stop doing it

  Chipotle is my favorite, and you can call me a white girl all you want idc lmao. However that makes me very critical of each location. Living in Illinois I never got good chipotle. I’ve been to this location twice now, and both times have been 10/10 Hunter was the one that took care of me and my best friend and she was incredible. Absolutely the best kind of person to have face front in the store. 10/10 service.

  I did a pick up order through the app. I got a double chicken burrito with extra sour cream and extra rice with corn salsa. My wife got a chicken bowl. When we got home her chicken bowl had little to no chicken, a bunch of rice, little to no sour cream. My burrito was definitely double chicken. But barely any rice,sour cream, or corn salsa. I thought paying $16 for a burrito I would be able to eat half and then save the rest for lunch the next day. Long story short. Just go inside and watch em make it. Or you’ll get home and be bummed.

  The “General” manager is RUDE. First time ordering on the app I messed up and forgot to add meat and here she comes with my receipt in my face almost hyperventilating about how they dont mess up. I asked for the corporate number after she claimed to be both the manager and general manager, instead of giving it to me she told me look it up yourself and slammed the window. She needs a day off or something girl is rude and unprofessional. Won’t ever come here again.

  This place is terribly inconsistent and often lacking in quality. Other locations in town produce much higher quality food, but we're stuck with this location's mediocre preparation and food. The rice is often poorly prepared and not cooked all the way. The chips are either stale or too oily, the steak seems to have been cooked at too low a temp and comes out chewy. They need to retrain the staff. It's easily the worst Chipotle I've been to throughout the country, not just in Colorado Springs. Step it up.
