  Food is made better at this location compared to most. Not a lot of businesses survive very long up in the town of Evergreen, but this Taco Bell has been here 20 years at least. They do a great job.

  When you ask for cheese dippers I’m asking for food not the normal cheese dip y’all suck at following directions and orders honestly y’all need a new drive thru host/hostess

  Taco Bell is normally a little treat for me and my son after his doctor's appointment, but we won't be back to this location at all. I pulled into the drive-thru and was asked to wait, which I did. Not a problem. But then instead of a nice welcome, I got, "Are you going to order food?" I let it slide. No biggie. I started to order and was cut off before even finishing saying the first item! I was told they didn't have Cherry Pepsi, which isn't true, but whatever. I asked what else they had and was told, "We have a menu; look at it." I told the worker to forget it and I would not be ordering. Their workers clearly hate their jobs, and management clearly lets then get away with it. I've never been spoken that way for ordering food in my life.

  I normally don’t write reviews, but this was the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had in Colorado. When I pulled into the drive-through today at noon, I was met with an irritated “oh my god.” I tried to be understanding — I managed restaurants for years and know bad days happen — but the behavior that followed was unacceptable. The employee became upset when I asked to use tap-to-pay and repeatedly slammed the window shut. When I said “thank you,” he didn’t respond. This wasn’t my first issue here. On my previous visit, the girl at the window appeared to be under the influence — so impaired she almost dropped both my card and my food. It was incredibly unprofessional and concerning. Taco Bell seriously needs to address staffing and training at this location. I will not be returning. I’d rather drive 20 minutes to the other location where the service is consistently polite, professional, and competent. If I were the GM here, I’d be embarrassed. This situation reflects poor leadership and a lack of basic operational standards.
