    Go through the drive-thru ask for a lot of sauce says nope one per item put it inside open you can come get more worthless staff. Since I had to get my own cost you 100 Diablo sauces maybe next time you'll give your customer what they ask for

    This was by far and away the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had in my life in January. I’ll be 45. And my nine-year-old daughter agreed. We didn’t even make it to the speaker before we were being greeted and not only were we rushed through the process on making a decision, we were rushed out of the drive-through when no one else was at the building and then almost forced to take a refund because we would not go forward.. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We will never ever go to Taco Bell again. And then Did not get what we ordered and had a hair in our cinnamon twists. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

    It's Taco Bell. Can't expect much when a billion dollar industry won't pay its employees or train them in customer service. You get what you get in this economy.
