    My husband and I both ate here yesterday and while our sandwiches were delicious we each had extremely upset stomachs ever since. It was the first thing we ate yesterday and we haven’t really been able to eat since unfortunately. Perhaps it’s time to do a deep clean on the kitchen.

    I walked into the Evergreen Jimmy John’s and was greeted by a curly-haired employee making sandwiches behind the counter. Unfortunately, I couldn’t hear what he said, so I politely asked him to repeat it. He responded with a noticeably rude attitude, which caught me off guard. Rather than escalate the situation, I chose to turn around and leave. We all have bad days, but customer service and basic courtesy go a long way. Attitude matters — especially in a customer-facing business.

    Store manager voids orders after waiting at the window because they don’t want to make the 2 sandwiches I ordered. Edit: I ordered 90 seconds prior to going through the drive thru yet I am blamed their “technology takes a few minutes”. Yet Starbucks prints orders within 3 seconds. How is this my fault? Apparently because there’s a line behind me, I should have to circle around behind them to pick it up despite order before them. Pretty embarrassing service and a repeat customer lost. Typical deflection by management in their reply. No wonder it’s a 3 stars business..

    Would leave a zero if possible. Ordered my food and a hour later it still had not left the store. Called for an update and a worker told me they were waiting on uber. I made a comment about not being freaky fast anymore to which the worker responded “neither is tipping”. To work in customer service and speak to clients like that is appalling. To make a comment like that just because someone didn’t tip on a delivery service is just horrible customer service.
