This is the fifth time I’ve asked for fresh fries, and my request continues to be ignored.
The cashier did her job and confirmed the order correctly, so this is clearly an issue with the kitchen staff not taking the time to make fresh fries.
The fries were dry and it was obvious they had been refried instead of made fresh.
It’s unacceptable to repeatedly ignore a simple request.

Waited again in the drive through, was directed to pull over spot. Sat there for almost 10 min to get my order. Others were parked too. When we were finally sitting down to eat, it was only half the order. That happens a lot. Not sure if they have constant staffing problems?

I stop here after I'm done with a day off hiking, and it is always clean and the staff friendly. I knocked off 1 start on the food only bc my fries are always cold 🙃

Absolutely amazing down to earth staff. 20/10 experience from them. Our family is from nebraska and have never been around so much positivity at a McDonald’s before. Kudos to you staff. Food was absolutely better than usual as well. Staff made it that much better.

The young lady at the counter was extremely rude and had zero self awareness.
I walked in to order and waited a few minutes, and the younger woman mumbled something at me. I couldn’t understand her because of her strong accent, so I ask her to repeat what she just said. She turns around as I asked her and just ignores me, knowing full well that she heard me.
I then found out that she was trying to tell me to order on the kiosk, regardless she should have clarified instead of mumbling in broken English and purposely ignoring me. If she can’t communicate effectively then she needs to find a different job or go back to her country where they mumble.
The other employee also walked right past me and grazed my shoulder for no apparent reason as she was walking to the bathroom.
I’m not sure what type of people work here or even exist in Estes Park as I’m coming from Denver, but never in my life have I been treated with such ignorance and disrespect. I didn’t get a chance to get her name but that won’t be an issue. I’ll be sure upper management knows about this situation.
