At The Post, we brew delicious, award-winning beers and fry up the crispiest, juiciest hot chicken around. We serve it with our kitchen’s take on vegetarian and seafood dishes, fresh salads, farm fresh and innovative sides - classics remade for modern times and tastes. We make the traditional, uncommonly memorable
The fried chicken received high praise, but there were mixed reviews on other menu items, with some dishes being described as overcooked or lacking flavor.

First, Melissa was amazing and made it a super fun night!! Thank you Melissa. The food is incredible. Everything we ate was amazing. This is our second time here and this time was even better than the first. I don't usually eat chicken but the chicken strips are so hot and fresh and incredible. Plus, the scenery is amazing and the bathroom is super cool.

They took very good care of us. Seated us right away, food was perfect, especially the fried chicken! The manager, Holly, was very personable and came over several times to make sure that everything was great. We loved the staff and the fried chicken is the best in Colorado.

Tonight, December 23rd, was our 2nd and last night in Estes Park. My husband Jack and I came from Denver to celebrate our 10th Anniversary.
Estes Park is a remarkable place to visit year round, especially during the Holidays. Dinner tonight was our substituon from our previously reservations at a restaurant downtown, Capital Hill, The Odyssey.
For a restaurant advertising the "best Fried Chicken", they ran out at 7:00 p.m. No Fear! Aaron and the manager, I think his name was Ian, came to the rescue! They were able to serve us DEE-LISH Chicken Tenders, Wings, Fries, Creamy Mac and cheese, Biscuits and Hush puppies! Their staff made our last night extra special.
We are going to definitely recommend this restaurant and we're going to come back. This time, we're calling ahead to make sure they have plenty of Fried Chicken which we had our hearts and tummy looking forward to eating! The prices are reasonable and better than other restaurants in Estes Park.

Celebrated our birthdays and anniversary this weekend, Melissa was fantastic and took great care of us, food was amazing.
We have a gluten allergy and found many things to choose from including a gluten free dessert. All the food tastes great. Ate here twice during our stay in Estes Park.
