  Everything was incorrect. I think im probably shrieking into the void here, because there's a deep language barrier with the staff, even the manager won't have the reading comprehension to understand this. I ordered breakfast for multiple people, it was all incorrect, this is not an isolated incident with this location. Honestly the inability for the staff to communicate wouldn't matter to me if they could like, i dunno, get ANYTHING right, but they're all to often incapable of the most basic task, so the cause of that lack of comprehension feels worth calling out.

  We stopped here after a big event to feed myself about about 9 others on our party. The first thing they did was ignore us when we walked in and didn't acknowledge us after we made several attempts to let them know we had a big party. They tried making us order on the kiosk even after we told them we had a large party. Then they wouldn't allow us to use the bathroom and we're very rude about it. Even after we just spent Bunch of money. We had children that had to go to the bathroom and the lady was still so rude. Do not eat here. They'll treat you very badly and take forever making your food on purpose.

  We came in late from an event. Tried to order food, and it was a big order. Then FOUR individuals came after us and we're given their food first and we STILL had to wait longer to get it food! Then once we were finishing up, we were told we couldn't use the bathroom anymore because they were shutting down the lobby. Even though there were 12 people in it! I've never seen such disrespect from a chain restaurant!!! You should at least allow the people that paid money for food to use the facilities instead trying to close down the lobby first!!! It was 9:39pm!!! They were such rude and impolite staff I've seen in a long time! And your think they'd have better customer service skills then that since they work in Estes Park! I'll be going to ANY OTHER restaurant then this McDonald's when I visit AND I'll be telling everyone I know about this experience, since I'm a Colorado Native of over 30 years! If people need some McDonald's, and are heading up to Estes Park, I'll make sure to have them go in Boulder before they ever go to the location in town! Awful!
