- EYEbonie YowellNov 13, 20251.0I've been living here for 6 years, and this is by far the worst experience I've had! we did a Curbside Pickup, we waited 25 minutes! and one of the ladies finally came out she didn't tell us nothing she just handed us our food and had an annoyed look on her face like it was our fault that they took so long to bring us our food. Then when we got home we noticed that they didn't give us our daughters chicken nuggets we had to go all the way back! which that even took awhile and no apology by that same woman. Also all the ladies that work there are so snobby and rude! I told one of the other ladies at the drive through "I'm sorry, I forgot to order a drink for my daughter she then Rolled Her Eyes at me and she was obviously mad and she's literally right by the soda machine. (keep in mind it was slow that day) And I've done that at other fast food places before and it was no problem. Those women that work there seem like they hate their job. If you're visiting I recommend going some place else and I see a lot of reviews that are similar to ours about those ladies they obviously don't care about customer service.

I live in Greeley and the prices down there are cheaper than this. It's sucks honestly. Glad I don't live up here because I'd really never come here. My expectation was that they'd be cheaper than others but definitely not. Estse sucks.

I know that they’ve had some turnover in the last couple of months but it’s just not worth visiting this location. And it sucks because I live in town and there’s not a lot of affordable fast food places in town. Everyone knows that McDonald’s is known for their French fries…it’s usually the only reason I choose to eat the rest of their subpar food. But today I got a large fry with fresh fries on top and stale ones on the bottom of the container. On other occasions (usually at night) they won’t bother to give decent fries, they’re nasty and soggy. To be honest, I think everyone in town would agree that this particular McDonald’s should be torn down and replaced by a chik fil a…and a completely different crew that goes without saying.
