This stuff sucks you guys are terrible at making sandwiches, the bread was hard as a rock the tomatoes are older than my grandpa, and the worst thing is the bacon is old as hell and has layers of old Greece on it.

Do better Estes Jimmy Johns. Doesn't matter what time of day or week, Jimmy John's is Freaky Slow. Literally sitting here in the drive thru for 15 (approaching 20) minutes and watching Takeout Customers through the drive thru window reaching over the counter to grab their Sub out of the pile sitting there. The Pillleee of Subs sitting there waiting for an employee to call their name. 1 guy making sandwiches, 3 other employees doing??? Checkout gal just wondering around looking cute but lost. The 1 guy making sandwiches stopped making to ring me up. Every time... Every single time, whoever brings the food, they say "Sorry for the wait" like it's just the usual scripted wording. Still much prefer Jimmy John's over SubWay anyday for the better quality food.
