I left a review for the other location after a couple of times of getting really small french fry portions. They didn’t used to be like that. So I left a review. Corporate reached out to ask me to send them feedback directly. I followed the link and did so. I got absolutely no response. So I figured I’d try a different location. Unfortunately, same exact result. If I’m gonna pay $20 for a fast food burger and fries, the least you could do is give me a decent portion of fries. They cost you next to nothing and was really the only reason that I thought your menu had any value. Now that I know, I guess I’ll find a different burger joint. Thanks anyway.

He swept and picked up trash and right after went to making food without washing his hand. I’m not sure about anyone else but when it comes to someone handling or making my food I’d think they would wash their hands.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
