  Ok, so this is the first McDonald's where I felt like I was in a future Action 🎬 Movie! We only ordered Coffee ☕, but the design of this McDonald's is top notch. Overall the best thing other than the cool tables that light up like the floor in Saturday Night Fever, was the mens bathroom 🚹. I walked in& instantly knew I was in a fancy Mickey D's. Gone is the usual putrid smell& small stall& urinal, now its replaced with beautiful black tile& fresh clean smell. The stall door was incredible, almost a s heavy as a safe! Only problem, no hand towels in the machine. Other than that its McDonald's.

  Every single table was dirty when we came in. We scanned the dine-in code on the table so they would bring us the food, didnt happen (kid yelled our table number across the place to come pick it up). Food was cold, they forgot sauce, napkins, and one of the drinks (when I got the drink it tasted like it sat cause it was mostly water). When I walked up to the counter to ask for the sauce, 5 kids are standing around in a circle talking, 2 of them see me standing there waiting and ignore me, then the youngest looking one turns and sees me to finally come help. Sauce she gives me is open/broken and other ones are sticky. Trash bins were also full on exiting. Overall, one of the worst McDonald's we've dined in.

  Denise is awesome! I Always come to this location because of her, she is super nice and always makes our visit extra special! As soon as we walk in and see her we know that that we are going to have a great experience.

  My daughter and I stop by here every other Monday for lunch after her therapy sessions. Since June 2025, there hasn't been an order where something was missing, a drink, fries, Happy Meal with no fries, Happy Meal with no Apple Juice, or a sandwich. I'd have to walk up to the counter and try and get the attention from one of the workers. It normally takes about 5 minutes. The customer service is BEYOND terrible. Not even a greeting or a "Hi, we acknowledge you and will be with you shortly" It really feels like I'm an inconvenience to them and they can't be bothered, and honestly if they spent 15-30 seconds to double check an order before sending it out, I wouldn't be at the counter being an inconvenience for something I've already paid for. Anyways, today I had our order for take-out as we were short on time. We get back and we're missing an order of large fries. Not surprised, I tried calling the listed number here on Google Maps and it went to their fax machine. After 6 months of order issues, we won't be coming back to this McDonalds, and we'll look for alternate solutions for her lunch stop after her therapy sessions.

  I don’t go to McDonald’s very often but I live near this one. They have a sign out saying open 24 hours on THANKSGIVING. Have a heart.. even Walmart doesn’t make its employees work on Thanksgiving anymore.
