I walked in and was immediately grossed out — the employees preparing pizzas with bare hands were also on their phones and even vaping while touching ingredients. It was obvious that hand hygiene was not a priority that evening. If they’re willing to ignore basic hygiene protocols right out in the open, I don’t want to imagine what goes on behind the scenes. I would not recommend this location.

Our most recent order was messed up, and when I called to inquire about what could be done, I was offered a credit on my account or for the order to be re-made. I opted for a credit, which was never applied to the account as promised. When we called to redeem the credit today, we were met with hostility and poor customer service when trying to explain the situation to worker. He did not believe us, and was rude throughout the duration of the interaction. Due to the combination of consistently having our orders messed up and rude customer service, we will be finding a new pizza place. I would not recommend this Domino’s location.
