- NCNikhila ChireddyFeb 18, 20261.0I recently visited this location to pick up food and was disappointed by what I observed. One of the employees appeared to be about to vape inside the store and quickly put the device away after noticing me. My husband has also mentioned seeing someone vape inside this location previously. Vaping inside a food establishment is concerning from a hygiene and professionalism standpoint. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures a clean and safe environment for customers.
- AZAlena ZubikFeb 4, 20261.0I came in to order a pizza and asked to use my 50% off coupon from the app, but the employee said he could not find it in the system and only offered 40% off instead. While he was entering the order, I noticed that his hands were dirty, with long fingernails and visible dirt underneath, and his long hair was not covered by a hat. After finishing the order, he went directly to prepare the pizza without washing his hands, despite having used the computer and handled cash. He also did not wear gloves. This was very concerning. Please pay more attention to employee hygiene standards at this location.

I called this location to see if I was within range, but unfortunately I wasn’t. Still, Nathan understood and offered to send his driver to my location anyway. He was pleasant and kind, as was the delivery driver. The food arrived promptly, hot, exactly as-ordered, and was great quality. Thanks for saving the day!

I walked in and was immediately grossed out — the employees preparing pizzas with bare hands were also on their phones and even vaping while touching ingredients. It was obvious that hand hygiene was not a priority that evening. If they’re willing to ignore basic hygiene protocols right out in the open, I don’t want to imagine what goes on behind the scenes. I would not recommend this location.
