Was in a few weeks ago and the lady working was super rude right off the bat, said hello to her and all she had was attitude, she misheard me when I ordered and instead of politely asking she looked at me like I was an idiot. Ew

Worst Customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Dairy Queen. Tried to order the cherry chocolate lovers blizzard, that I have ordered at other locations MANY times and I was told “we haven’t served that for 16 years” I said “oh well I ordered it in Loveland this summer but ok” and she said “no you didn’t but ok” seriously? Is there any reason to be rude and telling me I didn’t order something when I definitely did is CRAZY. Maybe choose another line of work Nubia. Never coming to this location ever again

Concerning lack of training/knowledge on allergens. I had a mobile order for a Reese’s peanut butter cup blizzard marked “tree nut allergy” and was waiting for it behind the counter when I hear, “these people are so stupid,” as the worker goes on about how that didn’t make sense. I, who was right there and heard every word, had to clarify that peanuts are not tree nuts, peanuts are legumes that grow in the ground and are an entirely separate allergy category from tree nuts such as pecans (hence why “tree nut” and “peanut” are separate check box options for allergies when ordering). I worry that had I not been right there, the allergy would not have been taken seriously, which is concerning as contamination with something like a pecan could be deadly for me or at least require use of my epipen and hospitalization. While I understand everyone has hard days or says things in the spur of the moment, the aggression and rudeness about it didn’t feel great to hear even if she didn’t know the customer was right there. Most importantly though, I feel it is very concerning and dangerous to have people working with food and allergens that can be very severe without having even a basic understanding of what those allergen categories are and aren’t. I understand completely that ordering from a place that carries your allergen in other items is always a risk and I agree to that when ordering, but a level of both understanding and compassion would at least feel a bit better. The Blizzard was great though, and I appreciate her willingness to let me clarify and still seemingly follow allergy protocol, no allergic reaction had.
