  Quality might be their receipe, but attentiveness and common sense is not part of their employee standards. I ordered a small chilli and it was COLD. the cashier tried reheating it, only to tell me that the microwave is broken. No appologies, no offering me any suitable solutions in place of my cold chilli. If their microwave is broken, I wonder what else in their kitchen isnt working, or up to proper standards, and also what shortcuts they are all taking. Stay away from this place. No wonder it's never busy.

  Went here late at night around 10-11pm yesterday absolutely horrible experience Me and my GF regret even coming to this location, we use to come here sense 2023 but stoped after we moved out of the area, we figured hey we don't want McDonald's again let's get some Wendy's and surprise my GF's little sister too! Bad idea pulled up ordered a Baconator Combo. Was put in as nuggets by the AI that shouldn't even be used didn't get told about it nothing not a single worker came on the mic to take over, either they don't have control of the AI or they are lazy!!! We ordered her little sister a child meal of tenders, that went well. We got to the window paid got the food and double checked before we left. noticed the mistake went back through passing the AI cause in no way would it help it would just start a new order I bet, get to the window tell the gentleman at the window the issue he say oh okay well it was a nugget meal right. To which I responded in unison with my GF that it was a Baconator Combo not a nugget combo, ge proceeds to have us pull forward, that is fair short notice I get it but it was a restaurant mistake not ours. We wait 7 minutes for one burger that's wrong yet again! They gave us a Junior Baconator, at this point my GF was so pissed that she said it wasn't worth it to fight for her proper food that we had paid for! Horrible location with lazy staff I doubt that the manager was even working most likely hiding in the back office doing "paper work"

  Food prep people did a horrible job with my order, Fries and Nuggets were cold, top bun on burger also cold. Didn't add Mayo or Onions. Disappointed on today's mobile order.
