  I never take the time to leave a bad review but my last experience at this location was absolutely terrible. The first time I got a chance to take a break and eat all day wasn’t until 5pm and I decided to come in and just get a steak quesadilla. When I paid the employee took my cash gave me my change and then proceeded to grab my food with the same gloves my money was grabbed with. At this point I thought it was disgusting but I was starving so I didn’t care. I took my food back to my office , sit down to eat and took one bite and I find hair in my food. After that I threw it away and decided I rather be hungry than eat that. The next day I went in and talked to the manager to see if I could get a refund or if we could work something out maybe a comped meal but instead of understanding that the service I got wasn’t okay he said there was nothing he could do and showed me a card for his district manager , and that he might do something for me. The manager couldn’t even apologize for what happened and the district manager didn’t answer or call back.

  This has been my go to Qdoba location for years. Always have friendly service and great eats. Not usually busy, which is nice to get in, get the good food and get out.

  It's a Qdoba. We came in for burrito day (BOGO-1/2) so it was a little busy but the manager was nice even though he had to juggle his staffs breaks. The staff made good burritos for us.

  I went in there to order some rice chicken tomatoes corn and guacamole! So I asked the guy to scan my app! So I scanned the app and asked him what is free today! He told me chips queso or guacamole! So I said OK give me that and a bottle of Coca-Cola! When I was checking out with the card he told me $21.99 so I said hold up this doesn't sound right! So I said give me that receipt when the transaction is finished so I pulled out the card after I thought the transaction was finished! So when I am taking up the food to go sit down he held onto the food and said the payment hadn't go through so I said why! He said he had canceled it to give me the receipt, and I said to him, that doesn't make any sense! So I say to him again I needed that receipt after the transaction was made so why did he cancel it? Anyway i re-insert my card and the transaction went through so I asked him for another receipt again because the bill was too expensive and he stood there looking at me with all these rings in his mouth and nose like a bull cow! When i finished eating I try to take one of their surveys and guess what! The 15 digit code was not on the receipt! So now I had to come to Google to make people know that this place is overcharging, because I never paid so much a day ago at a different location for the same thing and then he had the nerve to tell me that was not true what I had paid at the other location. The rice was hard and the lettuce he barely but sprinkle a little bit on top of the food and that was unacceptable but I didn't say anything further to him, this is the worst place ever.

  Que lamentable que llegué con mi familia a las 9:48pm de hoy domingo 03/15 y las puertas estaban cerradas. Y el chico que estaba allí nos ignoró por completo con cara de molesto. Entonces modifiquen el horario y no engañen que cierran a las 10:00 pm
