I don’t understand spending $10 on a combo meal and not being allowed even one sauce with the meal. If the meal is that much at least one sauce should be free. Instead they wait until you get to the window to tell you there is an additional fee of fifty cents to have one sauce with your meal. I won’t be back to this location. I’ve never had that happen at any other Wendy’s. I understand if I was not buying food but a regular, not value menu, combo meal should come with one free sauce.

If I ever want to get screamed at by an AI to take my time because I stopped ordering for 3 seconds I might go back. If you are skeptical about an AI dystopian future, the drive thru will convince you. Didn't even finish ordering and went to McDonalds it was so off-putting.

This place lacks customer service and basic understanding badly . It’s only a fast food restaurant full Judgmental, Rude, mentally unstable managers. They judge, talk and compare normal people to homeless people, AS IF they themselves are SOMEWHAT privileged, ”important”or “better” than a normal human being. This isn’t the first time i’ve been here btw. Today I went in for a cup of water so i can take my medicine before arriving to my destination , Veronica, the night manager told me, I couldn’t get a “FREE cup of water” so i went through the drive-thru instead because i NEEDED IT for my medicine, i’m ordering on the menu board and even there it didn’t say any type of price for WATER. I finish up there and go up to the window and it’s her again she gives me a horrible nasty face and attitude then gives me the water? I DONT see the difference between getting a water inside or out of the store. This small situation isn’t the only thing. I can talk and speak on many other occasions with different types of managers. But it came to the point where im done being treated like a dog and want simple respect and understanding!! It’s really sad the people nowadays.

Doesn't matter when I go, whether it is at 12pm for a big back snack, at 8 am for breakfast, or lunch time, the food is always fresh, and the people working are always nice. This is the only Wendy's I go to.
