I ran in this afternoon for a kids meal and a basket of pickle fries for my angry kiddo, and the guy at the counter was so nice and helpful and got my stuff to me so quickly! He was giving me updates like: "it'll be ready in 3 minutes..." and then at 2 minutes he let me know. Idk if you've ever had a hungry 1 year old after a long day out and about you get it. Poor planning on my part turned into relieving excellent customer service and being reminded that some humans really do care about helping others :)

Customer service of a sloth and personality of a slug. It wasn't busy. She acted like I was a bother asking 2 questions (remember 1st timers). Couldn't even look up at me. Was so rude it made me and my 12 yr old twin boys uncomfortable. I didn't even order and she could have cared less. Paid my overcharged 31.50 for my boys food and went to Cheba Hut for myself and left a big tip cause they like their job and made me feel worthy of talking to them and spending my hard earned money. I'm a teacher...if I ever treated one of my 25 9 yr olds that way, I'd be fired. Do better, be better. We were excited to try it...but, we won't be back. Maybe you need a new job field. Absoltely appalled.
