  My husband ordered the tikka masala and it wasn’t spicy enough for him. He ordered a little extra spice and they remade the whole dish for him. The owner Sandy then came out to talk to us and educated us on authentic Indian food. He said they use cream rather than milk in certain dishes which will cut down on the spice level and suggested some dishes my husband should order next time for the spice level he likes. He was so kind and helpful and we will definitely be back. The food was excellent as well as the service. Come try this place, you won’t regret it.

  This was easily and honestly the best tasting Indian food we’ve ever had. The spices in every dish are just incredible and amazingly layered for the palate. This restaurant is a must try for everyone who loves Indian food. I have a feeling this new-ish restaurant is going to become one of the most popular Indian and Indian fusion restaurant in Denver. We’ll be coming here a lot and bringing our friends and family.

  I hath had the Indian/SW China fusion since I was in Long Island, over 10 years ago. So this place is a rare find in my opinion. If you have had Indian food cooked in a wok with Chinese influences, try Monks! They do Indian style fried rice and noodles, Hakka and street style. If you love goat, try any of the curries with goat! I had the Chettinad with goat, it's fantastic!!

  I was super excited to try this place; however, it fell short of our expectations in some ways. We ordered garlic naan, bullet naan, burnt garlic fried rice, monks special biryani, and paneer chicken masala. They called right before our order was supposed to be ready to say they couldn't do the monks special biryani and asked if regular biryani was ok. I asked if they could just do the sichuan noodles instead (listed on the website but on on the online order form) and they said it was no problem. My husband arrived shortly after to pick up the order and they said they'd already made the regular biryani so they threw it in for free, which was very generous. We ordered it all mild spice. The biryani was SO SO SO hot we could barely eat it. We both love spice and usually order things medium but always do mild when trying a new place. This was definitely not mid. The bigger issue is the tikka masala (which was for me) was chicken and not paneer. I don't like chicken so I wasn't able to eat it. I'm honestly not even sure it was tikka masala? Either way, it definitely wasn't paneer. The burnt garlic fried rice was delicious. And the portions are HUGE!! Definitely a great value for the price. I was just super disappointed to receive chicken instead of paneer and also to receive food so hot we couldn't eat it when we ordered mild. We sadly probably won't return.

  This place is amazing! If you're new to Indian food, give this place a try. If you are already familiar with Indian food, give this place a try. Their version of Chicken 65, Dynamite chicken is delicious. We order two or three when we come just so that we can take some home and have it ready to go. It's that good! We've tried the butter chicken, tikka masala, sang, and several other items on the menu. Everything is consistently amazing. Not only is the food excellent, the service is equally on point.
