Dianne is incredible at quest labs in Safeway. It was such a pleasant experience. The pharmacy was a bit rude and uninviting. The florist department was so helpful and I’m blanking on the name of the individual who helped me. She was very kind and went above and beyond. The quality of individuals in Safeway were also welcoming and kind. Overall a great experience. I would only say it lacked one star due to the pharmacy individual who wanted to basically try to make me feel bad about not knowing what category Sudafed was under. She was a woman with mousy brown hair, but maybe life was challenging. I will be back, however, I may just stick to Walgreens pharmacy. That is saying a lot in my opinion. Overall grateful for this who helped me out! JoAnn was kind and so was the community around in the store. Thanks to the stranger who let me go ahead of them in while… the little things make a huge difference.

If you’re gonna have people that work in a specialty department and there’s only one of that person in said department. They should probably be bilingual or speak English. Considering that the majority of the people that shop at this Safeway location speak English as the primary language in this area. What I ordered/paid for is incorrect because of this problem. I could understand this issue if this was Walmart.

I came in to purchase supplies for an event at my office across the street from this location. The guy who checked me out, Alex, was incredibly kind. It is exactly 7:58 AM as I write this, I needed to buy prosecco and some other wines for the party and the manager who “helped” me, Leslie, looked dirty and her attitude was even dirtier. Please have some semblance of decorum and respect when speaking to customers, it’s obvious this is the highest role (a grocery store front end manager) will achieve in your career, Leslie, and it’s clear you were never taught or trained by the management at this Safeway how gov communicate with people because the way you spoke to me this morning when telling me I couldn’t purchase alcohol until 8 AM needed A LOT of work. It is likely in Safeway’s best interest to find someone who has the ability to not be rude when speaking to people for your front end manager role. I’m happy to follow colorado state law, but not happy to accept subpar service from a grocery store cashier. I wish you the career you’ve earned.

It's nice and clean but the produce selection is terrible. Very little to choose from and a lot of basics were nowhere to be found. I wanted fresh basil which they don't have. Hopefully this gets fixed as the prices are what keep me going back.

So, I want to start by praising the morning crew at this location. They are always great and helpful..... night staff.... pretty bad.. apparently the deli closes at 7pm now.... not a problem especially since I got there at about 645pm. Waited for 10 minutes... no one ever came. Plenty of staff stared at me though...I go up front to ask if anyone was working deli. They tell me "oh they are on break.... btw the deli closes at 7 now and it will be closed when they get back"..... pretty frustrating.... very backwards to have someone go on a 30 minute break before close. I know grocery people work hard... so do i... 12 hour shift, and I just wanted something fast so I didnt have to go home and cook. The staff that I talked to up fr9nt didnt give a damn and none of the multiple people just standing around could help me? Idk if it takes special training to put chicken in a bag or box for me but it is what it is.... again, morning staff is great...
