- CSChristopher SullyFeb 8, 20261.0(My call to this store took place on 2/8/26, right around 5:00 PM) Wish I could review the food but I never got to order. This restaurant distributed a flyer throughout the area advertising a 50% off sale through Super Bowl Sunday. I called the restaurant during the Super Bowl to order a pizza the man that answered pretended not to know about the sale and offered me some other promotion on a specific menu item I had no interest in. So I asked him a second time about the sale, indicating I had the flyer in hand with their address on it offering 50% off their menu. THIS TIME the guy in a clearly annoyed tone of voice asked me for my information, bluntly. I understand they have delivery areas they can't go out of but he REFUSED multiple times to tell me if the sale even existed, unless he had my address. It was just unnecessary and rude. I hung up. Yes this is their busiest day of the year, but as someone who has worked in customer service their whole life I understand that you don't take stress out on customers, it never works out well and it's just not the decent way to be. I am never contacting this store again and I likely won't be a Papa John's customer again either, their pizza is just ok, but this could have been a good deal.
