    Went to the Panera in riverpoint and found out something very interesting from Scott Shelton the manager of the store. Apparently if you join the sip club you can go in whenever you want and grab coolers full of ice, tubs of ice, 92 oz coolers full of ice and it's all free because " you are a paying customer. " He is a very strange and petty man. There's never anyone out in front of the store you have to do everything by yourself and the computer has the nerve to ask if you want to leave a tip. Anyway, Scott Shelton is not up to the task. He is a very weak person and not up to the task of speaking to anybody without sarcasm and judgment. It was a horrible experience not sure we'll be going back. Unless Scott Shelton leaves. I saw the employees looking at us as we were speaking to Mr Shelton and they looked very pleased.
