The Delmonico was delicious and I absolutely loved the French Onion soup and the blooming onion petals! Jose was our server, and he was so attentive and positive. He gave great recommendations, and was very personable. I had one of my favorite experiences at Outback, and the staff were a huge part of it.

What really stood out was her patience and kindness with my grandmother, who is hard of hearing. Emma took her time, spoke clearly, and made sure my grandmother felt included and respected the entire meal, something we truly appreciated. It’s rare these days to experience service this genuine and attentive. Emma went above and beyond in every way, and it turned what could’ve been an ordinary dinner into one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in years. If you’re lucky enough to have Emma as your server, you’re in for an excellent experience!
