Several times I tried to state my order very clearly and slowly, but it did not work. Eventually, she understood when I used Google Translate. When I spoke English, she did not understand the simplest words. It’s no wonder the drive thru was backed up so much.

They only gave me back $6.70 keeping 9 cents of my money. Instead of rounding up and giving me a dime back and them losing one penny, they rounded down and forced me to lose nine times that amount. There was a time that I ate at McDonald's 5 days a week for either breakfast or lunch. So now due to the cost of their food and keeping my money they have lost my business for life. Way to go McDonald's you've resorted to stealing people's money
