I had to physically show him my order. Of course once I receive my drink it was clearly under filled. I mentioned it to him and all he kept repeating is, “go to the next window”. The manager gave me my food at the next window. I tell her the situation and she tells me she will have to charge me another just so I could get properly filled????? Completely ignoring how I was treated by the man. Seriously every time I come here it’s filled with nothing but incompetence and rude employees. Do better.

- JJJenNov 10, 20251.0This will be the last time I go to this location. I use the app for pickup and my orders are never correct, items are always missing and food is always cold. Just now I ordered dinner for pickup, all the fries were cold and there was meat on my BigMac when I specifically asked for no meat (if they had any vegetarian options this wouldn’t have to be an issue) and my son’s chicken nuggets were missing. There’s nothing on the app that even asks you how your order was, they make it extremely difficult to give feedback. Not worth it for the price. Go somewhere else.
