    The place had a very strong odor of urine coming from 3 homeless sitting in there. One man smelled like he took a shower in urine. It was reached. I even told him he needed a shower. My friend and asked the staff two of them to please wipe the tables. They did not. And we were there for 45 minutes. We will never go there again. Shameful.

    Usually have a great experience with the food here so I'm not going to give 1 star, but I found myself sitting in the second lane to get my order taken for over 5 minutes. 2 cars in the first lane had their order taken. I tried calling out and nothing happened so I just ended up leaving after that.

    This location seems to struggle keeping quality equal to price. Ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes on my last visit. The biscuit was hard around the edges. Reheat from previous day? Maybe/probably.

    I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. Got 2 normal single patties cheesburger instead. I wouldnt mind if there was pickle left on it or something but i feel completely robbed. Sucks that this place is the closest one to my house. Management you need to fix your kitchen staff because this isnt the first time its happened either. Quit doing this and just give me what i paid for it is not that hard

    The teas here taste gross ALL the time. Why does it have a slimey texture.. got very very sick from drinking the tea here. Wondering if maybe they don’t wash the containers at this McDonald’s. The teas at the other locations taste normal, look normal, and isn’t slimey…
