  Only one worker, really Jimmy John's? That poor boy was covering 12 sandwiches at once, he got them done fast despite being by himself, and the sandwich was delicious so 5/5 overall

  Walked in the door and the guy grunted at me, asking whether I made an order yet. When I replied not yet, he seemed pissed off and replied, “it’s gonna be a minute”. Not good enough when you can drop 15 dollars for a drink and sandwich.

  These guys can’t make a simple sandwich! I have been 2 times in person. Asked for a BLT without tomatoes, extra bacon and toasted. 1st time: got a cold sandwich, with no extra bacon and had tomatoes. 2nd time: no extra bacon (paid for it) and cheese🤷‍♀️. Today (9/24)is the 3rd time (thinking 3rd time is a charm) Nope! Same order as the first two times: BLT, no tomatoes, extra bacon, toasted. Got the extra bacon but had tomatoes and no lettuce. Can these people not read!!! Not going back. On top of it, frozen cookie. 😡

  Horrible!! Food never arrives on time. I’m still waiting for my refund. Absolutely horrible customer service!! Never Order from here!!!

  I wasn’t going to leave a review, but this is the 3rd time I’ve had a bad experience with this location. My sandwich was made horribly, I’m not even sure what this is leaking all in the bag and all over my table. I order this sandwich everytime and have never had this happen? And the time I ordered delivery before this, it was like the driver threw my stuff out of his car. He left it at the end of my drive way and my drink was knocked over. Called the location and they offered me rewards but they didn’t follow up with that.
