And even on the simplest iced drinks, if you buy a medium you really only get a small with the insane amount of ice in the cup. I usually go early in the morning and they are already out of 1/2 their donuts. The drive through is backed up to the parking lot and you can spend 10-15 min waiting AT THE WINDOW. I love dunkin but this location really needs some work. The staff is nice but the service is rapidly going downhill.
